1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the win1win3 platform, including the website accessible at win1win3.cam, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all services offered therein, including online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and promotional programmes (collectively, the "Services").

win1win3 is operated by the brand entity responsible for delivering online gaming and sports wagering services to registered members in permitted jurisdictions. 3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with win1win3, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. win1win3 does not permit access to persons under 21 years old, regardless of the minimum gambling age applicable in any given jurisdiction. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Services from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your place of access.
• You must not have previously had a win1win3 Account terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order placed through win1win3 or any associated responsible gambling mechanism.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the win1win3 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. win1win3 employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any accounts found to be duplicates may be suspended and any associated balances or bonus credits forfeited without prior notice.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account, including your legal name as it appears on your identity documents, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in your name. Providing false, misleading, or fabricated registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. win1win3 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not used on any other platform. You must notify our support team immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. win1win3 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

win1win3 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. All Members are required to complete identity and address verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Documents typically required include a government-issued photo ID (MyKad or passport) and proof of address (recent utility bill or bank statement not older than three months). Additional documentation may be requested in connection with high-value transactions or regulatory requirements.

5 Deposits & Payments

win1win3 accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and RHB Banking.

• Minimum deposit amounts and payment method availability are displayed at the point of deposit and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in refund of funds and Account review.
• win1win3 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such charges.
• Deposited funds are credited to your Account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. win1win3 is not responsible for delays attributable to the payment provider's processing systems.
• win1win3 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that is suspected to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. win1win3 applies the following conditions to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before the first withdrawal is approved. Partial or incomplete KYC documentation will delay processing.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts, wallets, or bank accounts registered in the Member's own name. Withdrawals to third parties are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing limits are displayed within your Account dashboard and may be updated periodically.
• win1win3 targets the following withdrawal processing timeframes: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — under 5 minutes from approval; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers — 5 to 15 minutes from approval; direct bank wire transfers — 15 to 60 minutes from approval. These are operational targets, not contractual guarantees, and may be affected by payment provider processing times or exceptional circumstances.
• win1win3 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in temporary delays. Members will be notified of any documentation required.
• Any withdrawal request found to involve fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms may be refused, and the relevant Account may be suspended pending investigation.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

win1win3 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards, and migration bonuses. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Credits are subject to wagering requirements, which represent the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering requirements — specific contribution percentages are displayed in the promotion details.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

win1win3 does not tolerate bonus abuse in any form, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intention, using arbitrage strategies in connection with bonus funds, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures. Any Member found engaging in bonus abuse may have their Bonus Credits voided, their Account suspended, and any winnings derived from abusive play forfeited.

7.3 Expiry

Bonus Credits and associated wagering requirements are subject to an expiry period as stated in each promotion's terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Credits.

7.4 win1win3 Discretion

win1win3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions through the platform or via registered contact details where reasonably practicable.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the win1win3 platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product. General conditions that apply across all products include:

• All bets must be placed in accordance with the minimum and maximum stake limits displayed for each market or game at the time of placement. win1win3 reserves the right to adjust stake limits without prior notice.
• Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed by the system, it is binding. Bets cannot be altered or cancelled after acceptance except where a cash-out facility is available and exercised by the Member.
• win1win3 reserves the right to void any wager placed on markets that were offered in error, including incorrect odds, technical errors, or manifest pricing mistakes. Where bets are voided, the stake amount will be returned to the Member's Account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a wager, the decision of win1win3's internal review team is final and binding, subject to the complaints process set out in these Terms.
• Live sports betting markets (covering EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other events) are subject to in-play rule variations set out within the sportsbook product. Odds and market availability may change in real time.
• Casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, and instant games, operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer operations. The published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-term statistical expectations and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the win1win3 platform. Any Member found engaging in any of the following may have their Account immediately suspended, their balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage, including registration, KYC, or during dispute resolution processes.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraudulent transaction processing, or financial crime.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game or wagering market through collusion, use of bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence exploits, or any other unfair means.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game, interface, or payment system for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors are not payable and will be voided.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Facilitating access to the platform for any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or negatively affects the operation of the platform or the experience of other Members.
• Transferring Account balances or placing wagers on behalf of another person.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

win1win3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Member's Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
• The Member fails to provide required KYC documentation within the requested timeframe.
• Suspicious or irregular activity is detected on the Account, including unusual betting patterns, potential fraud, or suspected money laundering.
• A regulatory requirement, court order, or instruction from a competent authority requires the Account to be restricted.
• The Member requests self-exclusion through win1win3's Responsible Gambling tools.

Upon lawful termination due to a breach of these Terms, win1win3 may retain any Account balance pending investigation and may forfeit Bonus Credits and associated winnings. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to any breach or fraud, the Member's verified balance (excluding Bonus Credits) will be returned via the same payment method used for deposits, subject to KYC completion.

Members may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five business days, during which time any outstanding withdrawal requests will continue to be processed.

11 Intellectual Property

All content available on the win1win3 platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, software, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of win1win3 or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, reverse engineering, modification, or commercial exploitation of any platform content or functionality.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, win1win3's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with the platform or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

win1win3 shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the Services.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages of any nature.
• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or maintenance periods, provided reasonable notice has been given where practicable.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to comply with applicable local laws governing online gambling.
• Decisions, actions, or omissions by third-party payment providers, game studios, or technology suppliers.

13 Responsible Gambling

win1win3 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We provide the following responsible gambling tools to all Members, accessible directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Loss Limits — restrict the maximum amount you are able to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders — receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period — temporarily restrict your access to the platform for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently or indefinitely close your Account and restrict re-registration.

Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which win1win3 is licensed and registered to operate. Members agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising hereunder.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, Members are encouraged to raise any dispute or complaint with the win1win3 support team via live chat or by email. The support team will acknowledge complaints within two business days and endeavour to resolve matters within ten business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal processes, Members may seek mediation through any recognised independent dispute resolution body applicable to their jurisdiction.
